Mr. Man joined Destination in 2020. Through his extensive background in financial operations, including recent roles as Director of Internal Audit for Seaspan Ship Management Ltd. and senior executive finance roles with Syscon Justice Systems and Sierra Systems, Mr. Man draws on best practices in financial oversight through the lens of private and public international companies.
His passion for driving performance through data, expertise in strategy and operations, risk management and controls, and team development will support our further growth and achievement of new milestone successes together. Mr. Man obtained his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1993 from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and his Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of British Columbia (UBC). Mr. Man is also a Founding Judge of the Chinese Restaurant Awards, a contributor to Vancouver Magazine and a Judge of the Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Award.

Since 2012, Mr. Ahamed’s leadership has resulted in significant improvements in operational excellence and profitability, while maintaining best-in-class customer experience and Google Review scores. Mr. Ahamed assumed the role of company President in 2023, succeeding his father and company founder. Mr. Ahamed’s focus on fundamental operations—employee training and engagement, customer experience, inventory cycle management, and retail innovation—have led to his recognition as the 2022 Business Laureate by the Canadian Auto Dealers Association, as well as one of the 2022 Canadian Auto News Allstars, 2021 Remarketing Under 40, and 2019 Business in Vancouver Top Forty under 40 recipients.
Mr. Ahamed draws on financial sector experience, having held roles at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, and attained his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and BA in Economics from Cornell University. Mr. Ahamed serves as the Chair elect of the Executive Board of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) for British Columbia, and as a Board member of the BC Honda Dealers Advertising Association, Autotech Ventures Dealer Advisory Council, and Lions Gate Hospital Foundation.

Mr. Dubois joined Destination in 2025. Drawing over 30 years of leadership in the auto industry, encompassing manufacturing, retail, and electric vehicle (EV) sectors, Mr. Dubois is known for his strong experience from both OEM and dealer group perspectives.
Mr. Dubois led the significant growth of a multi-franchise dealer group (including luxury brands Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche, Bentley, Aston Martin and BMW). Specializing in retail and operational excellence, market positioning and expansion through new open points as well as acquisitions, Mr. Dubois brings demonstrated experience and leadership in full-cycle auto retail, wholesale and after sales experience, and is prepared to support Destination Auto Group’s continued expansion.
